UNCONVENTIONAL RECRUITING METHODS
Strivector has a rock-solid database of 1,000,000+ (One Million) resumes in our areas of specialization. In addition, we leverage all available recruiting tools in the market including Linkedin, Zoominfo, Indeed, Monster, Careerbuilder and Dice. But what has really given us the edge over competition is our focus on recruitment as a science. Today we use some very unconventional methods of recruiting, and this gives us access to a talent pool that other recruiters cannot tap into. For example, our extremely successful job advertising (based on facts like most candidates apply for jobs on Monday!) increases our reach by upwards of 30%. In addition, having a dedicated passive search team ensures that 35% of the candidates we submit are not actively looking.
